Default omfg, i hate this quest...

Ok, so im a lvl 16 w/a that has 12 swordsmanship and 9 strength(ok, so i know i made a big mistake and should have gon with w/m, can u guys forgive me?) and i just got onto the mainland. I finished the first primary quest u get when u get there, and now im on market mayhem, or watever its called. This quest is driving me nuts!!!! I usually do pretty well till i get into the part where there are a bunch of afflicted, i die... very fast... probably one of the reasons i always die there is cus i have only brought henchies. Why i only bring henchies? cus my comp only has 256, so can take a while to load dif areas, so if i bring up a team, and my comp goes really slow, they usually get po'd and just leave without me. Or, i get stuck with a bad team and get pwned.

So wat im wondering is, is ther anyway to get to that guardsman tui(or watever that guy's name is(the one u have to talk to after talking to master togo)) without haveing to go through all those afflicted?

I apreciate all the help very much.

p.s.: i am upgrading to 512mb very soon

I think you mean overstatement...

Anyway, being a Warrior/Assassin isn't a bad thing. There are plenty of nifty tricks you can do as a W/A though admittedly most of the coolest ones are for more experienced Warriors. The Warrior/Monk combination is highly overrated, though it does have survivability and quite a bit of utility.

Henchmen are great, and part of your problem may be that you haven't yet learned to "control" them in larger, more intense battle situations. Try looking at the groups ahead of time, before engaging, and pick out the greatest threats or weakest links. Call the target and make sure the henchman have responded to your call before rushing in to battle. At level 16, you're going to have some issues, but keep working on it and you'll find that you can pretty much let the henchmen do all the work for you.

I'd reccomend you devote some attribute points to Tactics, rather than Strength. With higher Tactics, you have better defense (with shouts such as "Watch Yourself!") and also greater self-heal capabilities (Healing Signet being your main self-heal).

Try running to Kaineng Center, which is due North of the Marketplace. You don't need to hire a professional runner, as it's a clean walk, and there's only one Afflicted spawn along the way (which you can completely circle around anyway).

In Kaineng Center you can pick up many quests with large experience rewards, and the majority of them are fairly simple to do. By doing those quests, you should hit level 20 fairly quickly. Also in Kaineng Center are crafters who will craft for you the armor with the maximum armor level, so be sure to pick up a suit of that if you haven't already.

the best way to get to the local part of the mission is to go from the market and into bukdek, you'll only face one group of afflicted, and once your henchies are fighting with them, just run to it, quick, easyer, no need to get yourself killed

Congratulations on completing the quest!

As to that level 13 player... I'm fairly sure that when he got into the mission, the Foreign team wasn't too impressed with him. It's rather sucky, but many Foreign Quarter teams will quit as soon as they see a lower-leveled player or a team of mostly henchmen.
